Kalshi has an official referral program, but there is no universal bonus amount this article can promise you. Its referral FAQ, checked October 8, 2026, directs users to their in-app offer for the current amount and qualifying activity.
When a code can be applied
The FAQ permits entry during sign-up or within 72 hours, before the first deposit. The account must meet its verification and offer requirements. The code cannot later be swapped for another one. Those are program conditions, not a guarantee that every account will receive the same offer.
The FAQ currently limits referral incentives to US users. Kalshi’s eligible international access is a separate question; it does not imply international referral eligibility.
What to read on the offer
Record the amount, who receives it, qualifying activity, completion deadline, claim step and expiry. Kalshi states that referral credits ordinarily expire seven days after issuance unless the offer specifies otherwise. Read the actual expiration displayed in the account.
A promotional credit is not interchangeable with withdrawable cash. If the offer requires trading, its face value alone does not measure its economic value. Fees, potential losses and the credit’s restrictions matter. We do not recommend placing a trade simply to unlock a reward.
Missing or different rewards
Compare the account’s progress display with the saved offer terms. A referral link, successful verification and a deposit are distinct events; none individually proves that the trading or claiming requirement was completed. Resolve a tracking or qualification issue through Kalshi’s official support rather than assuming a coupon-directory headline overrides the offer.
This update removes unsupported fixed-dollar rewards, invented “best” codes, automatic deposit-bonus expectations and blanket statements that a code must always be entered before account creation. No code was applied or account offer inspected in this research.
For account verification and funding distinctions, see the Kalshi sign-up guide. For comparing differently structured offers, use the bonus comparison checklist.
