- • If they churn and come back later, we do not restart a fresh 12-month clock unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- • No self-referrals. No purchase-and-refund. No clickfraud. We reserve the right to terminate for abuse.
- • 1099 reporting if annual payouts exceed $600 (US affiliates only).
- • Full reporting dashboard coming Q3 2026. Until then, monthly email statement.
